Terms & Conditions

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Admin and staff accounts are provisioned internally and are not available through public self-registration.

Prices shown through the quote builder are estimates until confirmed. The final price for a project is calculated and confirmed on our servers and may be adjusted by our team before a contract is issued. A project only proceeds once a formal contract has been signed.

We provide an in-house electronic signature feature. By using it to sign a contract, you agree that your electronic signature is legally binding and equivalent to a handwritten signature, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Each signed contract is recorded with a timestamp, the signing IP address, and an integrity hash, and cannot be re-signed once executed.

Where a deposit or payment is required, it will be processed through Stripe or, for eligible Pakistan-based clients, a local payment gateway. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the applicable charge. Fees, deposit percentages, and payment schedules will be set out in your quote or contract. Except as required by law or expressly agreed in your contract, payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

The client portal is provided to track your project, exchange messages and files with our team, and manage invoices and payments. You agree not to upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content, and to use the messaging and file-attachment features only for legitimate project-related communication.

If you apply for a role through the careers portal, you confirm that the information and documents (including your resume) you submit are accurate and that you are authorized to share them with us. Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview, offer, or employment. We may retain application records for a reasonable period for recruitment and record-keeping purposes.

Unless otherwise agreed in a signed contract, all content on the public website (branding, text, graphics, and code of the site itself) is owned by SynVertex or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Ownership and licensing of deliverables produced for a client project are governed by that project's signed contract.

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
• Do not upload viruses, malicious code, or content that infringes another party's rights.
• Do not use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms. Termination of portal access does not affect obligations already in force under a signed contract, which continue to be governed by that contract's own terms.

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SynVertex will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan, unless otherwise agreed in a specific project contract.
